Samantha Kuo

Samantha Kuo

Founder & CEO

Samantha Kuo is the Founder and CEO of Justinus, a digital mental health platform designed to strengthen patient–provider alignment through structured feedback and intelligent insight. Her work sits at the intersection of public health, business, and technology. Samantha is pursuing an MBA at the Yale School of Management and a MPH in Health Policy at Yale School of Public Health, where she focuses on building scalable systems that improve care quality and continuity. Prior to founding Justinus, she worked in strategy in advertising and brand consulting, advising organizations, including Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. Justinus was born from Samantha's belief that access alone does not guarantee effective care. Too often, patients disengage not because therapy cannot work, but because alignment breaks down without a structured way to surface it. She founded Justinus to create a lightweight, outcomes-oriented feedback layer that supports both clinicians and patients without adding administrative burden.
